The gore and violence of the page comes to life in this frenetic sci-fi thriller. Wesley Snipes plays the title character, a half human, half vampire, who's out to rid the world of the blood-sucking undead who are led by the deliciously vile Deacon Frost (Dorff). Blade gets help from Whistler (Kristofferson) and a beautiful hematologist (Wright).
