After a career in modeling that began at age 12, this seductive and daring actress made her film debut in The Last Tycoon (1976). She appeared opposite Dustin Hoffman in Straight Time (1978) and played the alluring serial killer in Black Widow (1986). She is married to director Nicolas Roeg (many years her senior) and has also acted in Kafka (1991), Public Enemy #1 (1995), The Proposition (1997), and Running Woman (1998).
