Lou Diamond Phillips (Lou Upchurch)

This handsome actor first distinguished himself in roles as rock star Richie Valens in La Bamba (1987) and a gang member in Stand and Deliver (1988). His recent films include Courage Under Fire (1996), Supernova (1998), and Hollywood Homicide (2003). He turned to Broadway in 1996 and took on the role of the King in The King and I, garnering a Tony nomination. Phillips has also worked as an associate producer (Ambition, 1991) and director (Sioux City, 1994).
