Twenty-first century astronauts Patick Ross (Williamson) and Dennis Gamble (Lazard) man the first successful mission to Mars. Successful that is until they discover extraterrestrial life forms and Gamble catches a nasty alien virus that causes him to mutate. Henstridge returns from the first Species as the alluring half-human, half-alien femme fatale.
