Wong's movie is right on target as a spoof of hyperkinetic, blood-spilling, Hong Kong-style action. But as 93 minutes of comedy, it's a dud. Wahlberg plays hit man Mel, a nice guy who packs heat just to pay the bills. When Mel takes a second job kidnapping, one of his buddies, Cisco (Diamond Phillips), tries to frame him.
