Michael Moriarty actor Born: 4/5/1941 Birthplace: Detroit
This actor of screen, stage, and television first won critical praise for his role in the film Bang the Drum Slowly (1973). Soon he won a Tony Award (Find Your Way Home, 1974) and Emmy Awards for roles in the TV production of The Glass Menagerie (1973) and the miniseries Holocaust (1978). He costarred in the TV series Law and Order (1990–94) and is also a published poet and novelist.
