A blithe buddy film that falls apart as the script wears thin. Romy (Sorvino) and Michele (Kudrow) are dumb, blond and cute as buttons in their pastel mini slip-dresses. But when they get wind of their upcoming 10th high-school reunion, Romy and Michele decide it's time to change gears. They think jobs and boyfriends will do the trick, but when they fail at finding both, they borrow a Jaguar and conjure up a story that has them inventing the Post-It note. Fantasy sequences of Romy and Michele getting the ultimate revenge on the bitchy cheerleaders who tortured them as teens play poorly.
