This ode to epicurean excess follows two Italian brothers (Tucci and Shalhoub) who are trying to save their restaurant without selling their souls in 1950s New Jersey. The sauteeing siblings figure that if they can snare jazz crooner Louis Prima into paying a publicity-generating visit, their financial woes will disappear like a plate of hot risotto.
