Wayans and Sandler make for an unlikely pair in this bloody buddy movie. Undercover cop Keats (Wayans) wheedles his way into Moses's (Sandler) drug-dealing world that is ruled by kingpin Colton (Caan). In a botched bust that turns into a bloodbath, Moses accidentally shoots Keats in the head. Keats survives but is left with a steel plate in his head. Keats gets his revenge, though, and Moses goes to great lengths to regain Keats's friendship.
