Phil Silvers

Emmy and Tony Award-winning television and stage actor remembered for creating Sgt. Ernie Bilko, the fast-talking but endearing con man in The Phil Silvers Show (1955–59). His Broadway credits include High Button Shoes (1947) and Top Banana (1951).
