actor
Born: 5/27/1911
Birthplace: St. Louis, Missouri

Film and stage actor who had a respectable screen career, including his most famous role in Laura (1944) before becoming king of horror. Price began acting on the London stage, where he appeared in Victoria Regina and Heartbreak House. His films include House of Wax (1953), The Ten Commandments (1956) and The House of Usher (1960).
