1. Percentage of all charitable contributions made in the United States.
2. Percentage of all after-tax income—adjusted for cost of living expenses, including “housing, health care, utilities, transportation, food, and the necessities of life”—earned in the United States.
3. The share of total charitable giving divided by the share of adjusted after-tax income.
