Randy Cunningham,

Republican congressman from California, resigned from the House in November after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit bribery, tax evasion, wire fraud, and mail fraud. He took at least $2.4 million from contractors in exchange for help in securing government contracts. The gifts included cash, cars, rugs, antiques, and vacations.
