L. Dennis Kozlowski, former chief executive of Tyco International, was found guilty in June by a New York jury of fraud, conspiracy, and grand larceny. Mark Swartz, the company's former chief financial officer, was also convicted. They bilked the company out of $600 million in a stock-fraud scheme and used the money for personal purposes.
