Zacarias Moussaoui, member of al-Qaeda, pleaded guilty in April to planning a terrorist attack against the United States. He was charged with conspiring in the Sept. 11 attacks, but in court he denied involvement in the tragedy and said he was involved in a separate plan to fly a plane into the White House. Moussaoui is the only person in the U.S. to be indicted on charges relating directly to the Sept. 11 attacks.
