Robert Blake,

actor, was acquitted by a California jury in March of the 2001 murder of his wife, Bonny Lee Bakley. He was also found not guilty of hiring two stuntmen to kill her. She was shot in the head in a car parked outside a California restaurant. In November, Blake was found liable for Bakley's death in a civil suit filed by her children. The jury ordered him to pay $30 million in damages.
