Muhammad Naeem Noor Khan,

Pakistani computer engineer and al-Qaeda operative, was captured in Pakistan in July. The CIA found files on his laptop computer that indicated al-Qaeda had conducted detailed reconnaissance of several financial buildings in the U.S. The discovery prompted the Bush administration to raise the terror alert in areas of New York; Washington, DC; and New Jersey.
