Michael Jackson,

pop star, pleaded not guilty in January to nine felony counts—seven of allegedly engaging in lewd acts with a child under age 14 and two of giving an intoxicant to a child. After his court appearance, Jackson greeted hundreds of screaming fans outside the courthouse and danced on the top of an SUV. The charges were replaced in May with 10 similar felony charges. He's accused of molesting a child who was suffering from cancer at his Neverland ranch in California in 2003.
