Same-Sex Partner Households
in U.S. Cities

The following tables list the U.S. Cities with the highest number of same-sex partner households in 1990, 2000, and 2010. Part of the reason for the huge rise in numbers over the last twenty years is that gay and lesbian couples are more willing to be counted. The numbers are per 1,000 households.
