Willie Davenport

Age: 59

four-time Olympic hurdler, who in 1980 reached his fifth Olympics as a member of the U.S. bobsled team, becoming one of eight athletes to participate in both the Summer and Winter Games; won gold medal in 110-meter hurdles at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics and a bronze in the same event in Montreal in 1976; inducted into U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame in 1991. He died of a heart attack.
