Carrie Donovan

fashion editor who worked for The New York Times, Vogue, and Harper's Bazaar before coming out of retirement to lend her face—and reputation—to Old Navy's televised ad campaign. Known for her oversized pearls and black eyeglasses, Donovan had a soft side for French styles and championed the works of Karl Lagerfeld, Donna Karan, Perry Ellis, and Elsa Peretti.
