Warner LeRoy

New York City restaurateur whose showmanship made Maxwell's Plum one of the city's trendiest restaurants in the 1960s. In 1973 he took over the Tavern on the Green, making it one of the top-grossing restaurants in America, and later overhauled the Russian Tea Room.
