Bill Musselman

Age: 59

Portland Trailblazers assistant coach and former head coach in Cleveland and Minnesota; the only man to ever have been a head coach in four pro basketball leagues (NBA, CBA, ABA, and WBA); won four consecutive CBA championships from 1985-88; posted a 78-180 NBA coaching record over three seasons; compiled a college coaching record of 233-84 at Ashland, Minnesota, and South Alabama; He died of complications from amyloidosis.

Died: Rochester, Minn., May 5
