Jim Davis

Age: 103

motorcycling pioneer who was part of the first class inducted into the Motorcycle Hall of Fame in 1998; won more than 70 nationally sanctioned races and six national titles in 1928; a bronze sculpture of Davis sits in the lower atrium of the hall of fame museum; The cause of his death was not given.

Died: Daytona Beach, Fla., Feb. 6
