Gene Jacobs

Age: 86

thoroughbred horse trainer who retired in 1989 after a 45-year career; trained Shelia's Reward to the sprint championships in 1951 and 1952; brother of Hall of Fame trainer Hirsch Jacobs. Died of Parkinson's disease.
