Jeffrey Katzenberg, 49, entertainment executive, settled a breach-of-contract suit in June with his former boss at Disney, Michael Eisner, 57, for a reported $250 million. Katzenberg claimed Disney owed him an incentive bonus of at least $250 million—2 percent of the profits from movies produced during his tenure with the company. Katzenberg's hits include The Lion King and Pretty Woman. Disney said he forfeited his bonus when he left the company before his contract expired.
