Louise Arbour,

58, chief prosecutor of the United Nations' International War Crimes Tribunal, indicted Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic on charges of war crimes in May. Before joining the U.N. court, Arbour, a Canadian, was a Supreme Court judge in Ontario and taught law at Toronto's York University.
