Carolyn Bessette Kennedy

Age: 33

press-shy fashion publicist who was thrown into the media spotlight when she married John F. Kennedy, Jr., in 1996. She managed to maintain a certain degree of privacy in spite of her husband's fame, but their tragic death in a plane crash attracted enormous worldwide attention.
