walk-on offensive lineman at the University of Arkansas who rose to become a starter before the 1996 season; earned All-SEC honors, second-team All-America honors and was the first Arkansas player to earn a masters degree (business administration) before playing his last game; third-round draft pick of the Indianapolis Colts less than two weeks before his death. Died of injuries sustained in a car crash on U.S. 412.
