Lionel Aldridge

Age: 57

former NFL defensive end who played on four of Green Bay's championship teams in the 1960s; played from 1963-71, winning two NFL championships and two Super Bowls; after a short stint in broadcasting Aldridge spent almost 20 years after his football career suffering from mental illness and homelessness before getting treatment and spending his last few years as an advocate for those with psychiatric problems; of natural causes
