A prolific screenwriter in the 1930s and '40s, Kingsley penned more than 25 scripts, mostly musicals and comedies, and was often called upon to fix a troubled script at the last minute. Her credits include Kiss Me, Kate, Pal Joey, Can-Can and Angels in the Outfield. Born: 1910? Died: 1997
