Notorious B.I.G. (Christopher Wallace)

rapper

Also known as Biggie Smalls, Wallace was one of the first East Coast rappers to embrace gangsta rap. He said his music helped him break away from dealing drugs. Wallace was killed in a drive-by shooting, similar to the one that claimed West Coast rapper Tupac Shakur. His recordings include Ready to Die, “One More Chance/Stay With Me” and Life After Death.
