Benjamin N. Smith, 21, white supremacist, went on a shooting spree over the Fourth of July weekend, targeting minorities in Bloomington, Ind., and Chicago. He shot and killed Ricky Byrdsong, 43, an African-American former basketball coach at Northwestern University, and Won Joon Yoon, 26, a Korean-American graduate student, and wounded nine others before killing himself.
