Produced and appeared in hit television series Roseanne (1989–94), then played the title role in the series The Jackie Thomas Show (1992) and Tom (1994). His movies include Animal Factory (2000), True Lies (1994), Nine Months (1995), and McHale's Navy (1997). He was married to Roseanne (1990–94).
