Teignmouth

Teignmouth tĭnˈməth [key], town (1991 pop. 12,500), Devon, SW England, at the mouth of the Teign River on the English Channel. Teignmouth is a seaport and resort. The harbor, important in the Middle Ages, is used chiefly by yachtsmen and fishermen.
