Prespa, LakePrespa, Lake (prĕsˈpä) [key], Albanian Prespës, Macedonian Prespansko, 112 sq mi (290 sq km), SW Macedonia, NW Greece, and E Albania; highest lake (alt. 2,798 ft/853 m) of the Balkans.
