Lidköping

Lidköping lēdˈchöˌpĭng [key], city (1990 pop. 22,010), Skaraborg co., S Sweden, a port on Lake Vänern; chartered 1446. It has an important porcelain industry, in addition to machine shops and match factories. Nearby is Läckö castle (13th–17th cent.).
