KárpathosKárpathos (kärˈpäthôs) [key], Ital. Scarpanto, Lat. Carpathus, island (1991 pop. 5,323), c.110 sq mi (280 sq km), SE Greece, in the Aegean Sea, one of the Dodecanese.
