Frederikshavn

Frederikshavn frĭᵺˈrĭks-houn [key], city, Nordjylland co., N Denmark, a port on the Kattegat; chartered 1818. It is a commercial and industrial center, with ferry services, shipyards, engineering works, and a food processing industry.
