Abel-beth-maachah

Abel-beth-maachah (āˈbəl-bĕth-māˈəkə) [key], town, ancient Palestine, the modern Tel Abil (Israel), S of Metulla. In the Bible, it was attacked by Behadad and taken by Tiglathpileser.
