Dorcas

Dorcas (dôrˈkəs) [key] or Tabitha tăbˈĭthə [Gr. Dorcas and Aramaic Tabitha = gazelle], in the Acts of the Apostles, Christian woman of Joppa whom St. Peter raised from the dead. She made clothes for the poor.
