Pedro Cieza de León

Cieza de León, Pedro (pāˈħrō thēāˈthä dā lāōnˈ) [key], 1518?–1560, Spanish soldier and explorer in South America. His Chronicle of Peru is one of the most richly detailed accounts of the Spanish conquest.
