Abu Tammam Habib ibn Aus

Abu Tammam Habib ibn Aus (täm-mämˈ häbēbˈ ĭˈbən ous) [key], c.805–c.845, Arab poet, compiler of the Hamasa. His poems of valor, often describing historical events, are important as source material.
