The reply of Leonidas, King of Sparta, to the messengers sent
by Xerxes to Thermop'-ylae. Xerxes said, “Go, and tell those madmen to
deliver up their arms.” Leonidas replied, “Go, and tell Xerxes to come
and take them.”
