A collection of ancient sculptures collected at great expense
by Thomas Howard, Earl of Arundel, and presented to the University of
Oxford in 1667 by his grandson, Henry Howard, afterwards Duke of
Norfolk. They contain tables of ancient chronology, especially that of
Athens, from B.C. 1582 to 264, engraved in old Greek capitals. Date of
the tables, B.C. 263.
