Sally Kellerman made her film debut in Reform School Girl (1959), soon developing a following through a series of eccentric roles on television and in little-known films; briefly, she was best known as the last surviving victim of The Boston Strangler (1968). She found her movie breakthrough role in M*A*S*H (1970) as the temperamental army major Hot Lips Houlihan.
