Academy Award-winning actor and comedian known for the comedy routines he performed with his wife, Gracie Allen, in vaudeville, on radio, in movies and on television. Burns was the straight man to his scatterbrained wife. His films include The Sunshine Boys (1975) and Oh God (1977). Died: 3/9/1996
