Uluru–Kata Tjuta National Park, 327,647 acres (132,566 hectares), SW Northern Territory, central Australia. This aborigine-owned park, leased to the Australian government, contains Uluru, also known as Ayers Rock, a red sandstone monolith that is the world's largest monolith and a major tourist attraction. Kata Tjuta, or the Olgas, a group of 36 monoliths also located in the park, includes Mt. Olga.
