Quai d'Orsay

Quai d'Orsay (kā dôrsā') [key], quay on the left bank of the Seine River in Paris, extending from the Eiffel Tower to the Palais Bourbon (housing the national assembly). Next to the Palais Bourbon stands the French ministry of foreign affairs, a vast palatial building, which is often referred to as simply the Quai d'Orsay.
