Guadalupe, Sierra de (syār'rä &thstrok;ā gwä&thstrok;älOO'pā) [key], mountain range, W Spain, in Extremadura, between the Tagus and Guadiana rivers. The highest elevation is 4,734 ft (1,443 m).
